CATERING

Kiosks, located within the Show, provide friendly and efficient service and a wide choice of high quality snacks that are healthy, fresh and tasty. Each kiosk offers space for visitors to sit down, relax and enjoy. There are also public toilets, vending machines and phones located on either side.
The surrounding Southbank dining precinct also offers an endless selection of dining experiences. From Crown Entertainment Complex’s chic eateries and stylish restaurants to the large variety of riverside bars and restaurants, Southbank caters to all tastes and budgets.

DISABLED ACCESS
|
Car park spaces are available for people with disabilities in the Melbourne Exhibition Centre undercover car park. They are located near entry doors 1, 6 and 10, which have lift access to the Concourse. For taxi pick up and drop off, there is a ramp outside the main Clarendon Street entrance.
Toilets for disabled patrons are situated on the Concourse, behind Customer Service Desk and inside the exhibition on either side of the Kiosks.
A special telephone is available providing ease of use for visitors in wheelchairs is located along the Concourse where there is also a TTV telephone suitable for the hearing impaired.

WHEELCHAIRS
|
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for patrons visiting the Motor Show. Bookings can be made by contacting the Melbourne Exhibition Centre Information Desk on (03) 9235 8000.

FACILITIES
|
Automatic Teller Machines, vending machines, public phones and public toilets are located along the Concourse.
|
SEATING
|
Within the main exhibition hall there is ample seating for patrons along the aisle way between exhibitor stands and the entry doors, each kiosk also provides patron seating.
|
LOST PATRONS
|
During the Show the dedicated meeting place for visitors will be located in the main exhibition hall.
All visitors are advised to make their way to this area when separated from their group. General announcements will be made during the Show to advise visitors of this area.
No individual announcements will be made.

PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT
|
Patrons are most welcome to use cameras and video cameras (for private use only) to capture all the exciting vehicles on show.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
|
The Melbourne Exhibition Centre is a smoke free environment. Those wishing to smoke must exit the venue.

WRISTBANDS
|
Will be available from the Ticket Boxes, Information Booths & Organisers Office for parents to print their child's name and accompanying adult's contact number to ensure we can reunite lost children with their families as quickly as possible.

VACC PARENTING ROOM
Parents with young children are welcome at the VACC Parenting Room.
The VACC Parenting Room is conveniently located at floor level on the concourse side of the hall in Suite 4.101. Change tables, hot & cold running water, microwave and couches make this a private, relaxing spot for parents of littlies. You’ll find you’re in good hands with the VACC.
